In response to the state’s calling for development and starting serious measures to wards the future, and as we believe that private investments role is the key to solve the economic problems, we establish that huge distinguished project “Genena Mall” in the heart of the economic capital in the state. It provides, through more than three hundred shops, employment opportunities for more than two thousand of the citizens. This is done to help the government in solving the problem of unemployment. We also present a model of a cultural touch and with high appeal of projects that support the interior tourism as it does not depend on the foreign tourist.

However, this project has the attractive impression of tourism that attract both people of Egypt and the foreigners. Thus our view of this project depends on a management that plans for the long-term policies and achieves a short-term progress. This is an international trend for planning and management that we insist to apply because we know that success of such huge projects is not coming by chance. In addition, we know that the economic theories that do not go hand in hand with the market conditions often lead to failure or they do not achieve their purpose. May God help as to achieve what He loves and to good and welfare.
